Jane and Leo at Cottage at the Crossroads have nominated me for The Versatile Blogger Award. Thanks so much Jane & Leo!
Here are the rules associated with accepting this award:
1. Thank the person who gave you the award and link back to them in your post.
2. Share 7 things about yourself.
3. Pass this award along to 10 recently discovered blogs.
Seven things about myself. Hmmm. I always hate this part because I can't really ever think of anything interesting to say.
1. I love to watch Christmas movies in the summertime.
2. I have 2 older sisters & 1 older brother. I was "the baby" & spoiled rotten!
3. My husband & I are 2 days apart. We were born at the same hospital. In those days, they actually kept mothers in the hospital a bit, so I'm sure we met as newborns! lol
4. I was a cheerleader in high school.
5. I put peanut butter on my pancakes.
6. I have met celebrity chefs Sara Moulton, Giada DeLaurentiis & Paula Deen.
7. I love 80s music & have Sirius radio for my car just so I can listen to the 80s station.
Phew! That was rough. See, I told you, I'm just not that interesting.
Thank you again to Cottage at the Crossroads. Have a pleasant weekend. (Ugh! Back to school starting for us next week.)
I love 80's music too. Now I love PB, and never thought about it on my pancakes. Have a great weekend Gina!
ReplyDeleteI love the eighties station, too, but Trip and Shanley have it (Sirius XM) in their cars, I do not *sadface* I think you thought of some really fun facts to share with us, Gina!
ReplyDeleteOh peanut butter on pancakes is delicious! I like to add bananas too.
ReplyDeleteDee
Love your fun facts! All the Motzs put peanut butter on their pancakes...isn't that the only way to eat pancakes? Can u believe Ben is driving to college and I am sitting beside him updating blog stuff on my iPad...too cool! Take care friend :)
ReplyDeleteOh yea.. Christmas movies all year long!! guilty!
ReplyDeleteI love 80's music too but I am hooked on the Sinatra station! I swear there's an old man trapped in my body!
Have a great Labor day weekend.
Good job Gina! Well, doesn't everybody love 80's music...some serious dance tunes!
ReplyDeleteGina I didn't know you loved 80's music! Me too!! Loved your list and hope your first week back to school goes great:)
ReplyDeleteI enjoyed reading your list of things about yourself. I was the baby in my family, too. And I think it's really cool that you've met so many celebrity chefs! I haven't met Tyler Florence, but my husband introduced him on stage when he was in Charleston, SC. He was dreamy!!!
ReplyDeletecongrats! i love that you and your hubs were probably in the nursery together!! how's that for love at first sight...even if you didn't realize it!
ReplyDeleteOh I love the baby story of you and your hubby...Trully meant to be. And you say you aren't intresting...:-) Congratulations.
ReplyDeleteMuch love,
