I don't mind Winter, and I don't mind snow. That being said, we are experiencing a particularly mild Winter this year and now that the holidays are over, I'm kind of enjoying this milder weather. The only problem I'm having is that I'm beginning to wish for Spring. It's this mild weather that's making me wish for it far earlier than I know I should.
It could be dangerous, but here I am, risking it all, to take you into my Spring Dreams.......

Do I dare click that publish post button? I'm certainly not ready to wake up from my Spring dreams yet.

ReplyDeleteLove the images! Don't you just love spring and all of the spring flowers in bloom? My family lives near Philly and she said that had about 1 inch last night...Did you? Hopefully spring will come soon for all of us.
I can't wait to start a flower garden.
I'm with you....the very same thoughts are going through my mind also....its way tooooo early to think like that!!!! I have been re-doing my little hutch in spring pinks.....snow for sure this weekend!!! hugs...cleo
ReplyDeleteI'm not use to all this cold for this long. Not here in California anyway...I love the winter too but I am feeling the need for warmer, springy days too. I'm so ready...Your pictures took me away for a few minutes and I just don't want to come back to the cold...I know, I know...I don't know what real cold is...but remember all I've ever known is California weather :-) Hope you don't get a snowstorm of blizzard-like proportions. Here's to a beautiful Spring.
ReplyDeleteHugs and Kisses,
♥Ana
Gina such gorgeous images! I feel like I'm in Spring here in the south. It's just such a mild winter. Plants are starting to bloom. So I'm quietly enjoying it and hoping we don't have a freeze and kill everything! hugs, Linda
ReplyDeleteYep, we got snow last night! Just a little but more coming Sat!
ReplyDeleteWe had one day of rain and gloom then it was right back to summer like weather...so I'm dreaming of cold, grey, rainy weather! I feel guilty being indoors when it's 80 degree's outside!
ReplyDeleteThose are lovely images Gina...it's always fun to escape into the world of Pinterest!
LOVED this. Especially the daisies in the bike basket. It's really cold here today. Wind chill is 17. Not exactly spring-like so I appreciated your post more than usual!

Great spring images. I am just loving this mild winter. I'm only of fan of snow for a day or so and then I'm over it. The Halloween storm and the one we had a few weeks ago gave me my fill for the season. I'm with you...here's to spring being just around the corner.
ReplyDeleteI enjoy the winter and snow too Gina but your right all this mild weather is making me crave springtime! Have a great weekend!
ReplyDeleteGina...I think you hit it on spot! It's the warm weather that has us thinking it's spring, not to mention all the seed catalogs that arrive right after Christmas! I have been afraid to complain about no snow, too, afraid that we will have a blizzard and I'll drive off a road!
ReplyDeleteLove your blog, I'm new to it!
XO,
Jane
I love the one with the tulips, so pretty! It's been a mild winter here to and it makes me wonder what kind of spring we will have when it gets here.

We're having an unseasonably warm winter too. Our azaleas are actually coming out! Yikes. But I can't dare wish for spring because if it's 70 in February, what in the world will be be in August?
ReplyDeleteI am ready for Spring, too! Wouldn't mind a really good snow before Spring gets here! Love your Spring Pins!
ReplyDeleteAudrey
Gina, that is a beautiful collection of spring things. I especially like the pink tulips and the bike with daisies. Our winter has been very mild. Tulips (some of them pink) are popping up in the garden and I saw a shrub with a few blooms on it. I am like you thinking that it could turn bad any day. Also, I wanted to say congrats for having your pretty valentines featured by Cindy. Seems they were a very big hit on her blog and mine, too. They were really cute.-------- Shannon
ReplyDeleteYou've got me dreaming now! I love your dreams :)
ReplyDeleteHave a great weekend!

ReplyDeleteI was so excited to hear that you read Hug from Heaven. And that is SO special that you had your own "hug!" I thought that if people read the book that they'd realize that they had probably had them--and some people might not have even realized it.
I hope you have a wonderful weekend!!
